The planning guide must be submitted for approval no later than 4
weeks to allow for sufficient time to advertise event.
PLEASE VIEW THE CALENDAR BEFORE PLANNING TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS WITH OTHER EVENTS ALREADY PLANNED.
Your event will be advertised via our social media, and in our service video
announcements (Weekly Buzz).
